Delete your Zahlivery account

You can permanently delete your Zahlivery account and the data linked to it at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open Zahlivery (the app, or app.zahlivery.com on iPhone) and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account at the bottom, enter your password, and confirm.

Can't use the app?

Email support@zahlivery.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Zahlivery account". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, and sign-in
Your skill listings, reviews of them, and your Verified status
Identity documents you uploaded
Your videos, likes, and reports
Your notifications and shop menu

What is kept

Orders, service requests, and chats with other people stay for them, with your name and phone number removed. Open requests are cancelled.
Reviews you wrote keep their star rating, shown as "Former customer", so ratings stay fair.
Records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
